• Ginger powder: ¼ tsp

01:41we have to soak it for about 3 hours, after 3 hours, when our grains will be soaked, then

01:53we have soaked the grains for 3 hours, in the name of God, I picked up the grains and
01:59cleaned it again with water, we will do it with about 18 to 20 liters of water,
02:05we will add about 50 grams of turmeric and add 100 grams of salt, we will mix it once
02:17and turn on the flame, so after mixing, we will increase the flame, it will boil for
02:23about 4 to 5 minutes, then we will leave it on the dum, it will cook for about 3 to 4
02:29hours, and till then we will prepare our korma here, for which we have taken a pot here,
02:35we will add 5 kg of meat in the pot, you can see the meat, these are a little long pieces,
02:43we will put it in the gas and along with it we will add 125 grams of red chili powder,
02:4950 grams of turmeric will be added in it and 100 grams of salt will be added here too,
02:55we will set the salt in it later, and along with it, we will add 10 grams of cinnamon and 200 grams of
03:05ginger garlic paste, and now we will add about 250 grams of ghee in it, and now we have to
03:13add so much water in it that our meat melts well in it, we will add about 2.5 to 3 liters of water
03:19in it and turn on the flame and wait for it to come to a boil.
03:25Yes, friends, after mixing it too, we will cover both of them, when it comes to a boil,
03:31we will also put it on the dum, it will take 2.5 to 3 hours, we have to make it very soft and
03:37it will take the same time in our lentils.
03:39So now we will put it on the dum, let it cook for about an hour to an hour and a half,
03:45then we will show you and it will take about 3 to 3.5 hours in total.
03:51So after boiling in it, we will leave it on the dum like this, when both of our things
