00:52his students in TNT.
00:55So what did he exactly learn?
00:57Yeah, well there were two courses that I attended which was the Kata course, which was summer
01:04course 1 and this had all the Katas in Judo that are necessary for people to improve their
01:12skills and knowledge.
01:14After that we did the techniques course and it was a week after that, summer course 2
01:21and they showed us many different techniques, standing, ground techniques, all to help of
01:29course improve the coaching of the students.
01:33Littrian, also referred to as Sensei, says it's never too late to learn the sport.
01:38He speaks about the many benefits that can be derived from taking up Judo.
01:42We tend to think of Judo as just an Olympic sport but it's a discipline and it forms one's
01:54way, one's path in the world in terms of its principles that you can see behind me, which
02:01are maximum efficient use of spirit and energy and mutual benefit for self and others.
02:09So it's not just for self, it's for other people and uplifting them.
02:14Prior to this visit, Littrian went to Japan for the first time in 2009, followed by a
