Youtuber Christopher Hughes, more popularly known as "Chris Must List" was again detained by police. This time, it surrounds information concerning money laundering.


TV6 News understands that his detention came subsequent to a search warrant that was executed at his home on Thursday morning.

00:00Although he's presently in the courts of TNT following sedition charges, Canadian
00:05YouTuber Christopher Hughes, or ChristmasList, has continued to post a
00:09mix of content relating to this country, from former gang leaders who are hoping
00:13to turn young people away from crime, to seeing the wealth some gangs have
00:18amassed. One such video is where 6Dan, or Tyson of the 6th gang, claims to show
00:24off two million dollars in gold, and Hughes verifying the authenticity
00:28through a gold tester. Well, around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Hughes was met by police.
00:34One of his attorneys, Vishesh Sipisar, tells us officers executed a search
00:39warrant at his home.
00:58He says his client has been complying with police. As for the reason for the
01:13search warrants...
01:29Sipisar is criticizing the actions of the TTPS, calling them undemocratic.
01:50The YouTuber was released at around 11 p.m. on Thursday, and uploaded this
01:56statement, telling his followers the proposed charges are bogus.
