Cricket West Indies held its quarterly meeting on Thursday in Antigua and one of the biggest winners from the meeting is the respective West Indies head coaches.

As they will now have the final say on team selection after changes were made to the existing selection process.

However, that was just one of the many changes announced.

00:03Kishore Shalu laid out some of the strategic and structural changes coming
00:08to the organization. From the strategic side of things he listed the six
00:12following changes.

00:55Shalu confirmed Azim Bazarath would return to the position unopposed after
01:00being forced to vacate following a judicial decision from the High Court of
01:34He confirmed the search for a new CEO to replace the outgoing Johnny Grave will
01:39start in the next couple weeks while announcing changes to the commercial
01:43and media arms
02:13however the biggest change will come in the new selection struck by the
02:43which will see the head coach having the final say in selection but will be
02:47guided by a talent identification team
