Former Health Minister Dr. Emanuel Hosein has died.



Dr. Hosein, who was a physician, had also served as Minister of Social Development and Women Affairs under the National Alliance for Reconstruction.

00:17Disabled Peoples International, advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.
00:23According to his family, he was diagnosed in 2023 with an aggressive form of cancer and
00:31lost his battle on Monday while surrounded by family.
00:34We are thanking Health Minister Terence D. Elsing for the support given for the past year.
00:39Dr. Hussain is survived by his wife Claudette, his four children and seven grandchildren.
