00:00Have you ever been accused of loving someone just for their wealth, or their beauty, or their fame?
00:05And have you ever thought about how to figure out whether or not that accusation was valid?
00:09Well, I was thinking about this the other day, whether or not I like some people because they're famous, or because they're genuinely kind people.
00:15And I came to the conclusion that the best way to find out if I truly like them for who they are, is to imagine taking away whatever that is.
00:25You know, take away the fame, take away the money, take away the good looks.
00:29And ask myself if I would still like them, if I would still love them for who they are.
00:35So when it comes to this issue in your life, ask yourself how you would feel about these people if they were no longer attractive, or no longer famous, etc.
00:42How would you feel? And I think that you might learn a little bit about yourself. I hope you will.
00:48Because the people that I currently like who happen to be famous, I don't like them because they're famous, I like them because I like them as people.
00:56And if they lost all their fame, I would still talk to them as much as I do now. I would still be there for them as much as I am now.
01:04Anyway, I really hope this helped you.
