00:25Now, with that in mind, I feature countless properties on the website.
00:29We delve deep into what's for sale centrally, you know, the local bargains,
00:35which are perfect for first-time buyers to the perfect homes for growing families,
00:40all the way up to those incredible, you know, like mansions with helipads and swimming pools.
00:45We cover everything and anything.
00:47So with that in mind, we're just doing a bit of a roundup to give viewers a bit of an insight
00:53into what the local property market is looking like each week,
00:56just to give them a bit of a flavour as to what is for sale out there.

01:06These are the properties which we're featuring this week.
01:08So we're going to start off with a property on Quaker Brook Lane in Horton.
01:13Now, this three-bed detached house is on the market for 590 grand with purple bricks.
01:20Obviously, a pretty hefty price out of most people's price range.
01:23That's a pretty expensive home, but it's absolutely stunning.
01:26Now, one of the things which I really think makes this house is the bucolic surroundings.
01:30I mean, it's green, it's lush, it's spacious.
01:33It's the kind of thing which, you know, you just love to wake up to every single morning.
01:37So as you can see, this kind of property really, really does sell itself on its location.
01:42Like I say, location, location, location, this place has got it.
01:46On top of that, it's also very spacious inside as you'd expect from a property of this kind of price range,
01:50but really well-designed, stunning kitchen, just gorgeous inside, really nice well-appointed bedrooms,
01:56a huge garden as well to enjoy those kind of surroundings from.
02:00So it really is a full package.
02:02Hefty price tag, but that's what you pay for this kind of property.
02:05This is what it's going for. I'm sure there'll be plenty of interest.
02:08So this is our first property.
02:11Moving on, we've got Hordesall Farm.
02:13Now, this is a really, really interesting piece of real estate.
02:15We first featured it, I believe, last year, and it's not really come off the market until...
02:20No, it's not come off the market at all, excuse me.
02:23It's on the market for £1.65 million, which is a mind-blowing amount of money out of the range,
02:31out of the range for most people.
02:34It's on with SHP values.
02:36Now, what's unique about this place is that it's a farmhouse with 65, yeah, 65 acres of land.
02:44Now, do not get me wrong.
02:46This property, which is in Longreach, by the way, it needs a lot of work.
02:50It needs a hell of a lot of work, as you can see from a few of these pictures.
02:54It's not ready to move into.
02:56It would require a large figure to invest into to make it kind of liveable and kind of family-worthy.
03:03But those 65 acres are coming at a premium price, especially in an area like Longreach.
03:07So this is what you're getting.
03:09You're also getting a few outbuildings, I believe, for the price tag.
03:11This has got loads of interest from us, loads of people looking at it.
03:14It's been around for decades, this place, centuries, I believe.
03:17It's on the market.
03:19It's getting a lot of interest, but I don't think anyone's willing to take the plunge so far.

03:26Third property.
03:27Now, we've done a couple of expensive homes.
03:29This one's a bit more affordable.
03:30This is a three-bed terraced house in the middle of Preston,
03:34which is just a brilliant opportunity for a first-time buyer
03:37or someone who's just looking for an investment opportunity.
03:40It's on the market for offers in excess of £90,000 with purple bricks.
03:43Now, that's a pretty good price tag, I mean, in anyone's book, these days especially.
03:48It's kind of...
03:49I mean, when I first saw the price tag, I wasn't expecting that much,
03:52but it's a stunning little house.
03:54I mean, three bed, it's got plenty of space,
03:56but the rooms itself, the living spaces, are spacious
03:59on top of the fact that there are, you know, three beds.
04:02It's dead central.
04:03It's got a great price.
04:04It's got a fitted kitchen, everything about it.
04:06It's nice.
04:07It's not got a garden, but it's got a little outdoor space.
04:09I mean, I think it's a great little opportunity for someone
04:13looking to get onto the property ladder,
04:15and genuinely, I can't see it being on the market for very much longer.
04:18So, check that one out.
04:21Last two.
04:22Fourth one is Cross Green Road up in Fullwood,
04:25which is a dream four-bed family home on the market for £425 with purple bricks.
04:30Now, this one is all about the surroundings.
04:31Really, really lovely area.
04:33Lovely, lovely home.
04:35Dead spacious inside.
04:36The garden is what makes this place so absolutely huge.
04:38Really, really lovely.
04:39Proper sun-trapped garden, this.
04:41But, yeah, this place has just got it all.
04:43As soon as I was flicking through the pictures on the online listing,
04:45it was just a case of recognising the fact that this home was just,
04:48it was ready-made.
04:49You could just go straight into this place.
04:51You've got your home ready there.
04:52You won't have to do a thing to it.
04:54That's it.
04:55It's brilliant.
04:56Great opportunity for someone, I'm sure, to make a lovely family home
04:59for someone looking for this kind of thing.
05:01And then, finally, we're on to the last home.
05:03Now, this one is another one which has got a lot of interest over the last few months.
05:07It is sold subject to contract at the minute,
05:10but I thought I'd feature it just because it's so incredible.
05:13Now, this is a fantasy five-bed hillside mansion in Forwood.
05:17Now, this place has literally got it all.
05:19It's got it all.
05:20It's got a swimming pool.
05:21It's got a hot tub.
05:22It's got open-plan design.
05:23It's got a fitted kitchen.
05:24It's got modern everything.
05:25It's got huge bedrooms.
05:26It's got a massive garden.
05:28You name it, this place has got it.
05:30So, I thought I'd feature this one just because it's so impressive,
05:32and it's probably comfortably one of the area's most stunning homes.
05:36And, I mean, what more can you say than it's got an indoor pool with a hot tub?
05:40If that doesn't make a property, I don't know what does.
05:42So, yeah, this is our final property which we're going to feature.
05:45Like I say, absolutely stunning.
05:47Everything about it is amazing.
05:49Sold subject to contract, but it was originally on the market for $1.25 million with Reid's Reins.
05:54So, something to bear in mind.
05:55Don't know what's going to happen to it, but it is currently awaiting a final sale.
05:59But, yeah, absolutely amazing.
