00:05 because I had had run to pick up shares of Colton Couser.
00:08 I was like, how is he available?
00:10 But Joe, you're telling me that in a little over half
00:13 of the leagues, a little less than half of leagues,
00:15 Colton Couser is still available?
00:18 - Well, we put this together on Friday when it was 55%.
00:21 And then over the last two days, it's gone up now to 74%.
00:26 So big jump there.
00:27 So he's still available in 25% of leagues.
00:30 So if he's out there, go get him.
00:32 Now, here's the interesting thing.
00:33 As good as Colton Couser has been,
00:35 he's not gonna hit 450 all year.
00:38 I think that's the thing you have to understand.
00:40 He's a nice player, he's talented,
00:42 but he's not gonna hit 450.
00:43 So regression is coming at some point for him.
00:47 And I think it's a very interesting thing
00:48 that if you picked him up now and you have him,
00:50 there's a lot of people that might have that,
00:53 oh, I wish I had picked up Couser
00:54 and again, he plays third base.
00:55 And that's a big thing right now.
00:56 People, if you don't need Couser
01:00 and you know the team in your league
01:01 that has Royce Lewis desperately needs a third baseman,
01:03 the team that had Josh Young
01:04 desperately needs a third baseman,
01:06 his value might be extremely high.
01:09 There is a scenario where you could put Couser
01:11 and something else and get back Royce Lewis
01:13 because people get frustrated with young players
01:16 like Royce Lewis, like, oh, why can't he just stay healthy?
01:18 And then they lose their patience.
01:20 The next thing you know, they make a bad decision.
01:22 Be that team that helps somebody make a bad decision.
01:24 Be that manager.
01:26 Put it out there because Couser is good as he is.
01:28 He's not this good.
01:29 So keep that in mind.
01:30 And I'd rather have Royce Lewis
01:32 rest of season than Colton Couser.
01:33 And I don't think that's controversial.
01:35 Maybe somebody will disagree with me.
01:36 That's okay.
01:37 But it's a great start to the year.
01:39 It's got a 1500 OPS.
01:40 Like that's awesome.
01:41 He's been terrific.
01:43 It's going to come down.
01:44 So if he's still available, add him.
01:46 If you already added him,
01:48 start to look at what you can get back for him.
01:50 Because again, this cannot last and somebody might overpay.
01:55 And I think that's something worth recognizing.
01:57 So as an asset right now,
01:58 he is a really fascinating one as Baltimore continues to be.
02:02 You know, this organization just keeps on hitting
02:04 time after time.
02:05 And I know the next guy we're going to talk about
02:06 is another Baltimore Oriole.
