00:23But what I don't think we are used to seeing, though, is NFL analysts actually making the police blotter.
00:33But that's exactly what Tony Romo did as the lead NFL CBS analyst, former Cowboys quarterback.

00:50apparently driving, what was it, OWI, which is pretty much what I guess the DUI is in most other places.

01:14Now, he was playing a golf tournament.
01:17He's from Wisconsin, but he was playing, I guess, in a golf tournament over the weekend.

01:28So I'm not sure what he was celebrating, but that looks like a man who was celebrating something there, Tom.
01:34And you got to wonder, what is CBS doing now?

01:51Most PR policies are like, you just wait 24 hours before you actually put out a statement, you gather information.
01:59And the one thing I think that they'll lean on is at least what I saw based on the Adam
02:04Shepard tweet is that he was arrested under this suspicion of operating a vehicle, which obviously they'll lean into the
02:11suspicion is not confirmed or it's not this.

02:20They allege that he did it.
02:22It's not actually doing it, which I assume there's some type of legal definition difference between actually being arrested and
02:28then there's a suspicion of operating.
02:30So is he is a suspicion that he was operating it or suspicion that he was drunk because he's either
02:34operating the vehicle or not.
02:36There's no suspicion that he's operating.
02:38So the legal definition is as I think what they'll play into.
02:42Yeah, well, and kudos.
02:45It carries, I believe, a first offense carries a penalty of one hundred and fifty to three hundred bucks.
02:51There's obviously fees on top of that.
02:54So something tells me that, yeah, the right attorney at the right price, this is going to cost him a
