00:00I mentioned the Mets, Tom, before the last break here. And listen, if they're going to win a game
00:07in this series, I guess this is the one, right? Suzuki going for the Dodgers, although he looked
00:13pretty good against the Yankees last time out. Prior to that, though, it's been atrocious.
00:19Manea is on the mound for the Mets. And listen, Dodgers haven't exactly been crushing left-handed
00:27pitching recently either. So, in fact, number 26th in Major League Baseball over the last couple
00:34of weeks against lefties. What are we thinking here? If they're going to win a game, is it this
00:39one here? The Mets have a puncher's chance? Because the market has been betting them all day long.
00:45I think it has to be this game, just given the fact that Yamamoto's pitching for the Dodgers
00:51tomorrow. And then on Sunday, Freddy Peralta's pitching for the Mets. So, I don't know if
00:57they're going to be winning that start. And I'm not sure. Now, listen, Noah McLean is pitching
01:01tomorrow versus Yamamoto. So, it'll be a very exciting game, but it's still Yamamoto.
01:05Ultimately, in this game, I'm not going to bet either side. I have been a player prop in this
01:10one. Tommy Edmond for a two-plus hit-run RBI combo. That's up at minus 127 if you're using
01:16certain boosts and promos out there. I'm not a big believer in BVP, batter versus pitcher.
01:22I'm not a huge believer, but he has gotten the best of Shaw Minaya, four or five in his
01:25career. He's got great underlying metrics. It's a very small sample size from Tommy Edmond
01:29because he didn't start the season on time. But I like him just to get two-plus, minus
01:33140, minus 127, given the different boosts out there.
01:39Dodgers opened up overnight a $1.50 favorite. Now, 121 is what we're looking at. So, it's
01:47been steady Mets money all day long here. Mets bullpen, I think, a little bit better shape
01:54for this one here because I don't think Weaver has pitched in forever. You know, Devin Williams
01:59certainly hasn't pitched in forever. So, the back-end leverage arm's a little bit better here
02:04for the Mets and the Dodgers have not hit lefties. And Minaya certainly is capable of limiting
02:12the damage. So, that game also should be interesting.
