00:12 Now, I think two out of three of those, Scotty,
00:15 like you said, we talked about these a lot.
00:17 You were more in on Carroll than I was.
00:19 I was a little, I wasn't as sure.
00:21 You thought that Carroll would be out in Seattle.
00:24 We both thought that Belichick would be out in New England.
00:27 Saban kind of hit me like,
00:29 well, you never disagreed with me on Carroll.
00:31 You just maybe weren't buying all in.
00:33 But when I told you two months ago,
00:35 I said, he's getting fired
00:37 'cause they don't matter anymore.
00:38 And when you don't matter anymore, it's over.
00:40 And I said it, when you're 71 years old, 72 years old,
00:44 whatever it is, and you're not winning, it's over.
00:47 They have to clean house and start over scratch.
00:51 And I guarantee you,
00:52 their next coach is gonna be a lot younger.
00:54 I mean, if it's Quinn, let's say hypothetically,
00:56 it's Quinn, what's he in his fifties?
00:57 I mean, it's too old.
01:00 And I'll tell you another thing.
01:01 I believe the one that I almost keeled over on was Saban
01:06 because I didn't see it coming.
01:08 And he's the youngest 71 year old,
01:10 whatever he is, coach that I've ever seen.
01:13 And I said this to someone last night,
01:15 this guy, I believe truly could have kept coaching
01:20 at Alabama and winning
01:21 and making the college football playoff every single year.
01:25 12 team, are you kidding?
01:26 He makes it when it's four.
01:27 12 team, Alabama would be automatic.
01:29 They'd be a top four seed every year.
01:32 And he could keep coaching.
01:33 And the reason is he's got it down to a science
01:36 and the recruits are all five star going to Tuscaloosa.
01:39 It's not that hard, in my opinion,
01:42 at his age to coach when you're as great as he is
01:45 and you have that great a talent
01:46 and they kick everyone's ass.
01:48 That was the one I was surprised about.
01:50 I am surprised that he retired.
01:52 I am not surprised at all about Belichick.
01:56 And I'm certainly not surprised at Carroll.
01:58 I told you Carroll be fired two months ago.
