00:03 - We take a look at a four by 100 race
00:05 at the Olympics, right?
00:05 You have the anchor man that just in case you're behind,
00:08 you hand that baton over to him
00:09 and he can smoke the rest of the field and win that race.
00:12 The reason why I'm bringing this up is
00:14 the AP coach of the year.
00:16 We looked at Demeko Ryan,
00:18 say he should probably win this.
00:19 Shane Stikin, yeah, absolutely.
00:21 Dan Campbell, he's a front runner,
00:23 but closing down the anchor leg was Kevin Stefanski,
00:26 who's a minus 9.50 price.
00:29 And I absolutely agree with it.
00:31 Fourth string, he's close to it.
00:33 Again, if he needed the game,
00:34 they would have 12 wins this year.
00:36 An unbelievable coaching job by Kevin Stefanski.
00:39 My runaway victory, which I didn't see
00:42 even three weeks ago, to be honest, Joe.
00:44 - No, listen, you gotta give credit where credit is due.
00:48 I mean, he's been a punchline for a long, long time here,
00:52 Donnie, and what does he do with a guy
00:55 that was on the couch and he comes in,
00:57 he brings him in and all of a sudden,
00:59 'cause he's an offensive guy, and voila, I mean, look at him.
01:03 And I said it at the beginning of the year, Donnie,
01:05 I said maybe one of the biggest hires of the year
01:08 that also went under the radar was them bringing in
01:11 a new defensive coordinator in Cleveland.
01:13 And Jim Schwartz is a difference maker.
01:16 And you could see, most of the same talent, by the way,
01:20 Donnie, that we've seen over the last couple of years
01:22 with the Browns, only it took the right
01:24 defensive coordinator, put it together,
01:26 and give us a possible defensive MVP,
01:30 and oh yeah, a possible coach of the year opportunity.
01:34 I think it's him, and I think McVay and the Rams too.
01:38 I don't think anybody saw that coming.
