00:11 Some of our current processes really don't open up that opportunity for people with disability
00:18 to present their best selves and I think if we can be much more flexible in how we recruit
00:25 and looking at talent and people, what they can do, rather than try to squeeze people
00:31 into preconceived jobs and what we think they can do.
00:35 I think just generally there's a lot of assumptions made about what people with disability can
00:41 and can't do and rather than look at what people can bring to a workplace and looking
00:48 at their skills and the things they're good at and like to do, rather than look at the
00:54 disability.
00:55 So, yeah, I think there's a lot of opportunity for change.
