00:15 Well, we are now entering the heart of the hurricane season while the hurricane season is six months in length and you get storms
00:23 Throughout its six-month time frame
00:26 it is really late August into September where you get the most named storms and
00:31 Hurricanes now, we're going to continue to watch Franklin for you
00:35 But I do want to point out an area that really bears watching a week from now and historically
00:40 This is a zone where you tend to get a lot of storms to form the reason we're so worried about this
00:46 Area listen water temperatures are always warm enough for development this time of the year
00:51 but there's going to be low wind shear very light winds aloft and a lack of
00:56 Dry air or sufficient moisture that we're going to get development in this area if there's anything coming in this zone
01:04 Mid to late next week. It's going to develop now not only some tropical waves perhaps coming in from the east, but take a look
01:11 There's already some showers and thunderstorms here across Central America
01:15 And there is some thought that some of this moisture starts to get drawn northward
01:19 Mid to late next week and again any kind of energy or any moisture that's going to sit in this area
01:25 It's going to find that conditions are ripe for development. So a week from now
01:30 I think we really have to look at this area for development and
01:33 Anything that develops will have the ability to ramp up pretty quick and we could be looking at a hurricane
01:40 So let's keep an eye on this
