00:03 >> Gotta ask you, Craig, kind of hilarious to the Cubs.
00:06 A lot of us thought the Cubs would be selling next week.
00:10 We'd be looking at a totally different team, but
00:12 they rattle off eight straight wins.
00:15 Are we underestimating what this Cubs team,
00:18 maybe they're the best roster right now in the National League Central?
00:22 Are we sleeping on them?
00:23 Is that where the value is?
00:24 >> Yeah, I mean, I think it's fair to say, Joe,
00:28 that every team over the course of the season is gonna have a winning streak.
00:31 And the Cubs came really at the right time to continue to push them into it.
00:36 Look, I still think it's gonna be a dogfight between Cincinnati and
00:39 Milwaukee in the end.
00:40 What's really interesting is that Milwaukee has had no problem beating
00:44 Cincinnati and just have kind of struggled elsewhere.
00:47 And the Reds can't beat the Brewers, but they seem to win a lot of games too.
00:50 So maybe it is one move or two that pushes one of these two teams over the top.
00:54 The Brewers have made a couple of trades.
00:56 They've added Carlos Santana, they've added Mark Kanha.
01:00 Those are not names that are going to win a World Series for you, but
01:03 they're gonna fortify that offense for sure.
01:05 I still think in the end because of Milwaukee's pitching,
01:07 they're the best team in the division.
01:09 But it will be interesting to see if the Cubs do anything else,
01:12 because I think their roster as constructed, Joe,
01:14 seems to me to be maybe a little bit above 500.
01:17 But again, I think that they're doing the right thing.
01:20 That's a very intense fan base.
01:22 They show up for every game.
01:23 The revenue the Cubs make is out of this world.
01:26 They cannot be in cell mode being in it.
01:29 And I think they did the right thing by at least adding one player.
