The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, present this Thursday before the National Assembly (NA) the balance of his administration during 2022, the fulfillment of goals by the Executive and the outlook for this year. In his declarations the mandatary argued the historical periods that the Venezuelan people have lived through. teleSUR
