A transformed Water and Sewerage Authority will not require it to have a bill of $278 million for contract employment...its line Minister said today.
Facing questions from the Opposition in the Standing Finance Committee the Public Utilities Minister explained that as part of the ongoing transformation of WASA those employees are to join the permanent establishment.
