PNM Tobago Council Political Leader Ancil Dennis claims that contractors and other businesses have suffered immensely at the hands of the present THA administration.


This, as the THA now has to pay $18 million to Nazvic Contractors Ltd who sued the Assembly in December 2023, alleging non-payment for construction work completed under multiple contracts.

00:06stated in a social media post, Tobagonian contractors and other businesses have suffered
00:12immensely at the hands of this wicked Farley-led THA administration. They have denied them work
00:18and refused to pay outstanding monies on the basis of a fake audit. All this while they have
00:24issued over 300 million dollars in contracts to their UNC friends. Innovative Democratic
00:30Alliance leader Dr. Denise Soye Fatangas has also weighed in on the issue, labeling the THA
00:36as reckless. Another failed court case is the conversation this week. Talk about wastage,
00:45vindictiveness and poor leadership because this Farley administration has been recklessly throwing
00:52away your hard-earned taxpayers dollars in a series of failed court cases. Dr. Soye Fatangas
01:00said the present THA continues to fight losing legal battles. This administration has wasted
01:07millions of dollars fighting legal battles that have lost again and again and instead of accepting
01:16responsibility they continue to push forward with appeals and excuses all the while telling
01:23Tobagonians we don't have money. She mentioned the zipline fiasco as another waste of money
01:30before the courts. This administration took the company and two businessmen to court claiming
01:38fraud but guess what the courts threw out the case not once not twice but three times
01:49and yet again we hear that the administration plans to appeal again. More legal fees, more wasted
01:58dollars and no zipline. She said the THA continues to waste monies in court but tell Tobagonians
