Seeking more information about your marathon taper? Want to feel less fatigued and more energized leading into your next big event? Definitely take the time to listen to this video and share with as many people as you can. Marathon taper workouts are not the guaranteed way to get to that flow state you are seeking.

There are many areas that you need to pay attention to in order to set a personal best in middle to long distance races. A 3-week marathon taper doesn't always get results for even the best athletes. Marathon tapering comes down to proper execution of your marathon training plan. How many weeks did you spend training at, near or far below your goal marathon race pace?

So, the marathon taper ideas that I stress is not to drop your mileage and intensity too soon or too far out from your key event. You will feel more empowered, rested and strong with a 10-day rather than a 3-week marathoning taper.
