A court has heard it's possible the cold-blooded execution of a Sydney drug dealer by two former detectives was the result of a drug deal gone wrong, rather than a planned killing. Glen McNamara and Roger Rogerson have spent the past four days appealing their life sentences for the murder of Jamie Gao six years ago.
