Businesses in Peru are using new technologies to monitor their employees with the consent of the government. One bank forces its employees to carry cell phones with GPS features in order to track down their exact location in real time. A group of lawmakers denounced the practice on Wednesday, calling it an unconstitutional method of workplace harassment and a way to spy on employees. Rael Mora reports from Lima for teleSUR.
