00:00Hey, I'm Sunny. I'm a new intern here at Sacred Heart, and I thought it'd be fun to make a video diary my first year.

00:13But don't worry, it's not gonna be like one of those boring things where people just sit there and talk right into the camera.

00:18See, in college, I double majored in pre-med and film.

00:22So I actually know how to put together some pretty rad stuff, like this.

00:30Those are the other interns, but you know who you should meet first? Me. Freeze frame!

00:38Hi! Down here. Okay, so my full name is Sonya Day, but everyone calls me Sunny.

00:44My dad nicknamed me that because he said my smile brightens up a room.

00:48Oh, see? Dad loves puns. Dad's an ass.

00:53Now let's go meet the others.

00:56Do you want a hey girl or a what up girlfriend?

01:00What up girlfriend? Okay, ready?

01:04Katie's nice in that real fake, I'd gladly stab you in the back kind of way.

01:08But that's okay. I still love it.

01:10And here's Howie. Hey Howie, I'm making a video diary.

01:13Sounds fascinating.

01:14Okay, Howie doesn't get a freeze frame because he's being snarky.

01:17Fine, I'll do it myself, okay?

01:19Okay, moving on.

01:21Okay, I only have a picture of Ed because, uh, he never shows up on time and...

01:27Ooh, there's Denise.

01:31Um, I think she's going to be my new bestie.

01:36Which, by the way, is a new way of saying BFF.

01:39If you try to make me part of your lame little home movies, I'm actually going to beat you up.

01:45Seriously, I'm going to make everyone form a circle around us.

01:47A fun circle?

01:48No, not a fun circle.

01:50Seriously, I'm warning you.

01:51So that's Denise. I'm whispering because she's actually right over there.

01:55What are you doing? Are you talking about me?

01:58No, uh, I'm actually just making a video letter for my mom.

02:01Oh, that's so sweet. Your daughter's annoying.

02:06Okay, uh, that's most everybody, so let's go to orientation.

02:13Okay, the hospital does not want to be sued, okay?

02:18Being sued is not a good thing.

02:21Now, if you make a mistake, don't tell the patient.

02:28Of course, if the patient is deceased, you, and you're sure you can feel free to tell him or her anything.

02:41Okay, uh, riff on how they're going to have a good time. Pick up mom's dry cleaning.

02:54Okay, uh, so you're going to have a really good time. It's going to be a really good time.

03:04Riveting stuff, Ted.

03:06I'm shocked that you're still single.

03:08Okay, here is the real dope. This year is going to be hell.

03:12You're going to be overworked and underpaid. We're going to treat you like crap.

03:15And some of you won't be coming back.

03:18I still think it's going to be great.

03:20Who said that?

03:22It's not going to be great. Not for you. Not for the patients that you practically kill every time you administer treatment.

03:32And definitely not for me, as I occasionally have to interact with you.

03:36It will be, as always, a complete and utter suckfest. I hope you enjoyed orientation.

03:44After Dr. Cox confiscated my camera, a nice janitor offered to sell me one real cheap. Turn out it was mine. What are the odds?

03:51You know, that's what I like about this hospital. It's not just the medicine that's cool here. It's the other stuff that no one knows about.

03:57Like, you know that weird, sweaty lawyer? He has a band.

04:06Hey guys! Do you want to do the theme song for my intern video diary?

04:10Uh, that sounds like a lot of work.

04:13Aw, come on. I'll give you ten bucks.

04:15Sweet Mother Mary, that's three bucks more than our rate. We're in.
