00:04In today's tutorial, we're diving into a quick and easy way to create a professional-looking

00:08map animation in Canva, all in just a few simple steps and under 4 minutes.

00:14First, we need to place our main map.

00:17Avoid using maps with excessive details like labels and reliefs.

00:21For this example, we'll use a colorful map of Europe and zoom in to focus on France.

00:26Duplicate the map onto a new page and zoom in until France is centered.

00:36Then, apply a transition effect called match and move between the two pages.

00:41Set the transition duration to the maximum for a smooth zoom effect.

00:48On a third page, insert a map outline of France.

00:52You can find one online or directly in Canva's search bar.

00:56Center it, then download this page as a PNG file with a transparent background.

01:17Once downloaded, delete the third page from your project.

01:20Now, re-upload the transparent France map into Canva and place it precisely over the

01:25France section on the second page.

01:28Adjust its position carefully to align it perfectly.

01:37Once the France map is properly placed, it's time to animate.

01:41Apply the Ink animation effect to the transparent PNG and set it to On Enter.

01:46Let's check out the result.

01:57To enhance the animation, let's add the text France on top of the map.

02:16Adjust the font size and choose a stylish font.

02:18I'll go with League Spartan for this example.

02:31Now let's animate the text.

02:33For this, I'll use the burst effect and tweak the animation speed.

02:42Adjust the timing between the map animation and the text reveal to create a seamless effect.
