00:00Hey Canva fans! In today's quick tutorial, I'm going to show you a super cool feature in Canva

00:05sheets. How to use fill empty cells with AI. It's simple, smart, and honestly, kind of amazing.

00:12So let's jump right in. I've got a sample sheet here that outlines a seven-day healthy plan.

00:17Each day includes a workout and space for a suggested healthy breakfast. Right now,

00:22I only have a breakfast listed for day one. Now watch this. I'll select the six empty cells

00:28underneath, head to the top menu, click on Actions Tar, and then choose Fill Empty Cells.

00:36Boom! Canva's AI automatically suggests breakfasts for the remaining days,

00:41based on what I entered for day one. If you like the suggestions, just hit Insert, and you're done.

00:47In just seconds, your table is fully filled out without typing a single extra idea yourself.
