00:00Hey Canva friends, welcome back to the channel.

00:02Today I've got something really cool to share with you.

00:05We're diving into bulk create using Canva sheets.

00:08If you've never used it before,

00:10this feature will absolutely blow your mind.

00:13It's fast, it's smart, and it can save you tons of time.

00:17Let's jump right in.

00:19So I've got this Canva sheet ready.

00:21It tracks a TikTok ads campaign

00:23where I'm promoting four different appeals.

00:25The table includes everything, impressions,

00:28clicks, orders, deliveries,

00:30and even the sales earnings for each product.

00:33Now we're going to use that data

00:34to automatically generate visuals with bulk create.

00:38Here's how it works.

00:39First, select your entire data table.

00:42Once that's done, head over to the actions tab

00:45and click on bulk create.

00:47Canva will instantly detect your selected range.

00:49If it looks good, hit continue.

00:52Now we pick a template.

00:54For this example, I want each design

00:56to include a product name, a picture,

00:58and the earnings at the bottom.

01:00I just copy that layout

01:02and paste it into the template editor.

01:14Next step, we connect our content.

01:17Click on the product name

01:18and at the top toolbar, hit connect data.

01:22Select the right field.

01:23Do the same for the earnings and the product image.

01:26It's really intuitive.

01:32Once everything's linked, hit create for designs.

01:39And just like that,

01:41Canva generates a new column in your sheet

01:43with links to each unique design,

01:45one for every product.

01:47And yes, Canva even creates all four custom designs

01:50in a separate file for you.

01:52Let's click on one of those links.

01:57And boom, there it is.

01:58A beautiful ready to share graphic

02:00showing off my campaign details,

02:02all generated in seconds.

02:04Honestly, it's one of my favorite features

02:06for marketers, creators, or anyone

02:08working with multiple products or content pieces.

02:11It's fast, easy, and super convenient.
