00:00Hey, Canva lovers!
00:02If you're looking to organize your data beautifully and easily, you're going to love this.
00:06Today I'm going to show you how to add drop-down menus inside Canva sheets, step-by-step.
00:13Let's jump right in.
00:14I've opened up one of my Canva sheets.
00:16In this example, I'm working on a TikTok ads campaign where I'm tracking three different
00:20product appeals.
00:21The table includes all the essentials, impressions, ad copy, clicks, orders delivered, and of
00:27course, sales earnings.
00:29I've added a new column called Add Status, and this is where we'll insert our drop-downs.
00:34Here's how.
00:35First, click on a cell under Add Status.
00:39Then go to the top bar, click on the Actions button, and select Drop-down.
00:43Canva gives you two options.
00:45You can either create your drop-down choices from scratch, or choose from Canva's presets
00:49like Yes or No, High, Medium, Low, Approval, or Status.
00:54For this tutorial, I'm picking Status.
00:57Canva adds it right into the cell.
00:59To apply that same drop-down to the rest of the column, just copy the first drop-down
01:03and paste it into the other cells.
01:17You can also customize your drop-downs.
01:19Let's say I want to add a new option called TBD for To Be Decided.
01:24I click on the drop-down, select Add New Option, type in TBD, and choose a pink color for it.
01:29Canvas AI then suggests updating the other similar drop-downs.
01:33I click Update to Similar Drop-downs, and just like that, the new option is applied to all of them.
01:41This feature is incredibly helpful when managing campaigns, projects, or anything that needs a clear, color-coded status.
01:53And that's it.
01:55Quick, clean, and Canva-style efficient.
