37:00: Okay, so, it was pretty obvious that the drunk was the driver, but, still, the cop should have pushed a button on the fob to verify it (granted, the car electrics could have been severely damaged, but, even a couple of volts are all that's necessary, unless, of course, the battery was disconnected).
28:00: They should photograph drug stash sites for future reference and prosecution (the procedural/series camera could also be used, but, it's not official police property/evidence, and, may have to be subpoened).
