    43:30: ROFL!

37:00: And, now, we go from hostility to begging. And, if she's so concerned about her "baby," then why was she in the car with a drug-using felon? The baby is better off in foster care.

35:00: Another bugger who thinks that being belligerent will get the cop to back off, but, as usual, it only delays the inevitable.

22:30: What kind of loony takes the window trim out of his car, and thinks it's going to be as good as rope? Why didn't he get rope from his home or from wherever he got the bed frame? They don't cite people for stupidity, but, how about blocking a roadway?

21:00: I would get in more trouble, if I DIDN'T tell my folks, than if I had 'fessed-up!

18:30: Shouldn't they be cited for parking in a disabled person's spot?

18:00: Well-dressed lads! College boys, perhaps, or Jehovah's Witnesses? :p

17:45: I love how British cops can just open car doors and take keys without a warrant. After all, it may be a privilege to get a license and own a vehicle, but, ultimately, both are controlled by the government. That's a lesson the USA needs to learn to avoid delays in stopping criminals.

16:25: There will come a day when every home, business, hospital, school, et al., around the world, will have moats and/or concrete/steel bollards to prevent such lunacy.

16:00: I'm stunned that all the money was given back. Try that in the USA and see what happens! :p Seriously though, I hope the bloke got the mental help he, obviously, needed.

5:00: If I were the criminals, I'd wonder who tipped off the cops!

3:30: You'd think that after being abused by cops (and, later, abused by jail/prison mates), recidivism would go down, especially amon first timers through the justice system, but, oddly, it doesn't.

2:30: Luv how criminals expect cops to listen to them after trying to flee from them whilst endangering the public, then worsen the situation by not cooperating whilst a mob of cops has you surrounded.
