    Multiple segments: Why in the world would any court give any fleeing driver bail/bond? Can you say, "flight risk"? I knew that you could! :p

    10:30: Nothing "amazing" about it. For some, bizarre, reason, despite all their training, USA cops are terrible short-range firearms users, and not-so-great with long-range ones, either. Considering that many of them have a military background as well, this is a damning rebuke of their training, which may overuse static targets, though, granted, dynamic/moving ones would be expensive and, potentially, dangerous.
