00:27This is Tim Wassberg from Fest Track on Surf TV.
00:29I'm here in Toronto, Ontario for the Toronto Film Festival.
01:00And the difference was in his lens.
01:05I mean, we were not in a naturalistic world.
01:09To be those mothers who are not perfect, no?
01:14I'm always talking about a mother could be whatever she wants.
01:19In this case, okay, maybe it's too much.
01:23First of all, thank you for being here tonight.
01:30Most of all, I make films for the audience.
01:34So, I was invited together with Marie and to really work with criminal investigators who work on that subject.
01:45And I have to say that it really opened up my horizon.
01:49Well, first of all, I think it's a really great movie for the first time.
01:58I think it's a really great movie for the first time.
02:00I think it's a great movie for the first time.
02:09So, when I saw it, I thought, what I'm doing is something that I'm trying to think about.
02:22I thought, what I'm thinking about, what I'm thinking about, what I'm trying to do.
02:29That's what I'm trying to do.
02:32Mr.Kai Yamaguchi is also a member of the director.
02:34Mr.Kai Yamaguchi-Lapoi-yonghandi professor,
02:39Mr.Kai Yamaguchi-Lapoi-Bone's it.
02:44Mr.Kai Yamaguchi-Lapoi-yonghandi is a designer,
02:50Mr.Kai Yamaguchi-Lapoi-yonghandi.
02:51Mr.Kai Yamaguchi-Lapoi-nghandi professor,
03:00So, as I played in the role of N12, I would like to spend my life on my own.
03:10It was a really truly special experience for me, getting to work with Miki-san.
03:17The experience filming in Tokyo, the city I love so much, playing this totally wild character.
03:23And also, honestly, having Jeremy by my side the whole way through this, you know, from my experience working with
03:32him as a producer,
03:33he's someone who just trusts and loves his actors and his directors.
03:38And to have his confidence in me and to have been lucky enough to work with him and make this
03:44movie with everyone here
03:45is something that's truly special for me and I would be a treasure of always, so I'm very grateful.
03:51I'll get you prepared for this role.
03:54That's it.
03:57I'm healthy last time.
04:01No, I truly tried to catch up with the fighting and they had an amazing fight director and I was
04:07in the gym with Liv Morgan
04:08who was like pressing loads of weights and I was doing tiny bicep balls.
04:13And just trusted Miki-san's vision because he's, you know, the all-time great.
04:20It's the first time I've seen it.
04:26Thank you so much.
04:27Thank you for being so brilliant and engaged audience.
04:30It seriously means the world.
04:32Thank you for being here.
04:33Thank you for being here.
04:36Thank you for being here.
04:37Thank you for being here.
04:37We did a couple weeks of rehearsals on these major fight sequences and a lot of preparation
04:44went into it so that we could do it fast.
04:47We didn't have that much time.
04:48I mean, I think we had maybe one and a half days to do some major sequences with the glass.
04:55A lot of those people just love being the academics, you know.
04:59You know, he wants a sense of identity.
05:01You know, this guy needs to be something other than his father's son.
05:05And he just can't be that despite how much he tries.
05:08He decorates his whole house to be like Roman inspired and all that.
05:12So that's kind of like the aesthetic that we want to play with.
05:14And just, you know, he's a complex character.
05:16He's someone that wants to be loved, wants a family, wants friends.
05:20He's a meth addict, you know.
05:22And then there's just everything in between.
05:23So you just can't figure out what his identity is.
05:26Yeah, it feels sometimes like the most hardcore anti-crack PSA of all.
05:30Yeah, yeah.
