00:00When you hear richest man in the Bible, you probably think of King Solomon, right?
00:05He had gold, palaces, and a kingdom.
00:08But he was a king.
00:10Of course he was rich.
00:12I'm talking about the richest ordinary man.
00:15No crown, no throne, no kingdom.
00:18His name was Job.
00:21The Bible says in Job 1, verse 3, that Job was the greatest man of all the people of the
00:27East.
00:28He owned 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 oxen, and had a large family.
00:35He was the Jeff Bezos of his day.
00:38But he was just a family man, a businessman, an ordinary guy who loved God.
00:44And here's what makes him different.
00:46He lost everything in one day and still didn't turn his back on God.
00:51So God gave him back double.
00:54Solomon was the richest king, but Job proves you can be rich, ordinary, and still faithful.
01:02That's true wealth.
