03:59red sox everyone's like well it's the rays like you know it's not this we're not talking about like
04:04the you know the sluggers of of one of the big brand teams no no no no no this tampa

04:10dominated the american league east had dominated the american league and they had been on they they had
04:15just been unflappable and when they take a two nothing lead against most teams against most teams
04:21it feels like a four nothing lead and i think that's just like the low hit i mean honestly when
04:28it was he was two strikes on him it was oh and two it did surprise me and then the
04:32continuation of
04:33the hitting i mean part of when you watch this team the first two games the albs you're saying
04:38are they gonna be able to scratch two or three runs nor alone they've got multiple games several
04:44games with seven plus runs in these playoffs all of a sudden like this offense gives them a real chance
04:49to to do it well that's one of the stories for myself john like we talked all season long about
04:55how the offense wasn't good enough and the offense has obviously got better when they made the trade
04:58acquisitions but if you're going to hit like the 27 yankees we know the pitching is going to be good
05:03if you can hit that way then yeah the sky is the limit for a team like the guardians and

05:09here's the thing i i i heard this overnight from some people who are like base hits work and small
05:16ball's good and you can do it this way folks nick and jonathan what allowed the guardians to tie the
05:23ball game last night yeah it was home runs i like like john i made the point earlier they in

05:27in games where the the guardians had two plus home runs two or more they went 29 and 10 that

05:33eighth best record in baseball like they did it the third fewest amount of times in any team but that
05:38is the i mean that like when they home run it's huge did you guys have that rasmussen stat already
05:44no that was a new one that was good i mean that's crazy it's crazy and it's the guys who

05:52home runs i mean to me the biggest thing that this team has going for it right now is that

05:59have a real and at times lethal threat behind jose ramirez he is protected in this lineup that's
06:07massive that is massive and you now think of the season arc and the way this team stayed afloat
06:15and actually made their surge while he was hurt is the definition of this baseball team this is the
06:24the superstar who has now turned it back on but when he was down others picked him up and chase
06:32to lauder is one of those guys i mean you now look at the guardians and you look at their

06:38and you look at their future and you see the amount of youth this is invaluable experience guys
06:44absolutely invaluable and i mean i'm thinking about the now i'm thinking about winning a championship
06:48these guys are playing loose um they're playing with nothing to lose now i thought last night you
06:53could just tell the rays were tight the guardians were not i don't expect that to change here tonight i
06:57think this team is going to play loose again they've got their lefty on the mound

07:45nathaniel lowe who you traded for so uh if you if you say the deadline doesn't matter the moment that
07:50they did that guys it had to establish belief uh we do have a browns roster note or two coming

16:07the guardians are going to be up to oh because i don't think they're done scoring i think they're
16:11going to continue to score runs and it it really becomes different i think the one other thing is this
