"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him." - James 1:12 After hearing it said that there needed to be more Bent Pressing in the mix, it made me realize how l needed to add some Get-Ups into MY mix which, l did tonight Waiter's Style with an Ivanko 75lb plate. What's the verdict? Yup, DEFINITELY need more of these. Possibly the BEST accessory for the Bent Press, believe it or not. God Bless. #jesussaves #getup #onehandgetup #oldtimestrongman
