WOW, waking up with a bang! Two triples and a fiver w/140⅓lb on the Pullover & Press before coffee. Indebted to @dr.antonysig for showing me that l was being a Sally worrying too much about having the feet anchored. He lifts WAAAAAAY more than l sooooo maybe he's right! Very happy that at 54 y.o., l can immediately jump into these after being awake for ~15 minutes. Shoulders all warmed-up and ready to go. God Bless.
