00:00In this video, I will show you how to recover your Steam account without an email address
00:05or phone number. To get started, what you want to do is launch the Steam app on your computer
00:10or laptop. And once you've done that and you're at the sign-in screen, if you come down towards
00:15the bottom, you're going to see a link here which says help, I can't sign in. Give that a click
00:20and
00:20what that's going to do is take you across to the Steam support page where from here you want to
00:25select the option which says I've got my Steam account name or password. So it's now going
00:29to ask you to enter an email address or phone number. So what you want to do is try and
00:34enter
00:34the one that you might remember. Tick the verification box and then what you want to do is just do
00:40the
00:40quick verification. And once that's done, click the search button at the bottom. So it's now going to
00:45take you to this screen. It's going to ask if you want to receive a verification code. But of course,
00:49if you don't have your email, there is an option there as well. Where you can see it says I
00:53no
00:54longer have access to this email or did not receive the code. So if you do have access to the
00:59email,
00:59of course, you can click here and they're going to send a verification code. But if you don't,
01:04then you would click this option underneath. Now, what that's going to do is take you to the screen
01:08here where it's going to say, let's get you back into your account. So there's basically a form to
01:12fill out to recover your account. Now, what you need to do is complete this form. So you need to
01:17put
01:17your current email address. So it doesn't necessarily have to be one link to Steam. It just needs to be
01:22an
01:22email that you do have access to. Now, once you've done that, it's going to ask you to tell us
01:26about your
01:27Steam account. So it's going to ask for the first email that you used on your account and to provide
01:32a phone number from your account. So again, you just want to put what email you think you would
01:37have used for your account. It doesn't matter if you do not remember or get this incorrect. It's
01:42just helpful for Steam as it's going to help them to recover your accounts. And if you did have a
01:47phone
01:47number on your account, you can put that in the box here as well. Then what you want to do
01:51is come
01:51down to this box where it says anything else we should know about the issue you're having. So
01:56say, for example, your account's been hacked or something like that. Then you can add some notes
02:00here before you send this through to Steam. Once that's done, click the human verification,
02:05completely capture. And all you want to do then is click the send button at the bottom.
02:09Once you've done that, generally takes about 48 to 72 hours for Steam to respond. But you just want
02:14to keep an eye on the email address. So your current email address, which you put in the box here,
02:19make sure to keep an eye on your spam and junk folders as sometimes the email does go there as
02:24well. But once they've looked into this, what they're going to do is send you an email advising
02:28you on the next steps, and they're going to help you to get back into your account and help you
02:32recover your steam account. So that is how to recover a steam account without an email or phone
02:38number. Make sure to like comment and subscribe for more steam tutorials and easy tech guides.
02:45And with that being said, I will see you in the next video.
