00:00In this video I will show you how to recover your Roblox account. So to do this what you want
00:06to do
00:06is launch the Roblox player app on your computer or laptop and once you've done that you want to
00:11come down on the signing screen you want to come down to the bottom and click the link down here
00:15where it says forgot password or username. What that's going to do is take you to the Roblox
00:20account recovery screen. From here you want to enter an email or phone number that may be
00:25associated with your account. You can also try a billing email if you have made a purchase on that
00:30account as well. So what I'm going to do is enter my email into here. If you want to try
00:34your phone
00:34number you just need to click here to use phone instead. Enter your phone number and then what
00:38you want to do is click next. So it's just going to do a quick verification. This just takes a
00:43minute
00:43and then what's going to happen is a six digit code is going to be sent to the email address
00:47provided.
00:48So you want to enter that code into the box here. Of course make sure to check your spam and
00:53junk folders
00:54as sometimes code does get sent as well. And once you've done that it's going to ask you to create
00:58a password. So you want to create a password that's different to your old one. So you can enter that
01:03into the box here. Confirm the password in the box underneath and once you've done that you want to
01:08click on to update password. Once you click on to update password you will be back in your account
