02:16We have received an application from Sarovdaas, co-convenor of Cocto Jantapati.
02:21The application is regarding an intimation for protest of on 10th of October at Jantarvantar.
02:28The protest was regarding accountability of CEC.
02:32This intimation was considered and it was found that the intimation was given in a very short span of time
02:38whereas as per the prescribed guideline the intimation has to be received 10 days prior the protest which is planned.
02:49Further it is also important to mention that in the earlier occasion when Cocto Jantapati was given the permission to
02:58hold protest there,
02:59they did not follow the lawful directions and they did not follow the own undertakings given at that point of
03:05time.
03:06So therefore, because of not following the legal directions and their own undertaking and the prevalent law and order situation
03:15and to maintain public safety and law and order and traffic regulation, this time the permission is rejected, it is
03:22not given.
03:22It is important to mention that in New Delhi area, 163 BNSS is in operation and under which to maintain
03:31public order and safety,
03:34reasonable preventive restriction is at place.
03:38It is further important to mention that if anybody violates the 163 BNSS provisions, then proper legal action will be
03:48taken against them.
03:49How many times have you volunteered the previous stuff in Ghani, that it was 17 FNs were there,
