Cockroach Janata Party leaders Ashutosh Ranka, Saurav Das, and Ajinkya appeared before the Special Executive Magistrate Court following their release from Tihar Jail. The hearing focused on the verification process of their sureties after bail was granted in connection with an alleged breach of a peace bond and trespassing at Jantar Mantar. Emerging from the court, the leaders noted that proceedings went smoothly, with the court setting the next date of appearance. The leaders also face summons from the Delhi Police Crime Branch regarding ongoing investigations transferred from Connaught Place police station. Addressing media queries regarding their upcoming strategy, the leaders stated that all decisions would be taken collectively by the movement, while reaffirming their demand for the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar. Legal scrutiny continues for the party leaders as authorities examine their compliance with bail undertakings prohibiting participation in unlawful demonstrations.

00:00All right, big news that's coming in is about the Cockroach Janata Party leaders.
00:04Remember, they may be out on bail, but the latest visuals on his screen are as they emerge from the
00:09SEM court.
00:10The trouble is still not over.
00:12It's apart from signing the bond, how they will be now following it up.
00:16The three of them coming out after about an hour and a half, they were accompanied by the legal team.
00:21The court had directed both of them to be present for hearing.
00:25This comes two days after both of them were released at Tihar Prison,
00:28prison for allegedly breaching the peace bond and illegally trespassing into Jantar Mantar.
00:34Ashutosh Ranka, Ajinkya and Saurav Das emerging from the SEM court.
00:42And this is now reflective of the fact that, all right, these are the visuals on his screen.
00:46Still thumbs up being shown, not really saying anything right now.
00:49And they wouldn't want to take chances.
00:51All right, I correct myself, ladies and gentlemen, these are previous visuals that have come in,
00:55not from this occasion right now, but we'll get you those visuals as well.
00:59A little bit of an interaction by the CJP leaders, their legal team interacting with them as well.
01:05And it will be interesting to see what their next step is going to be.
01:09At least for the festive season, it appears, there's not going to be much of a protest,
01:13though all the left parties are organizing it already.
01:15But we know that possibly in the days to come, the India bloc that is set to organize a protest
01:21and agitation at the Rablila Grants from November 1 would also focus on what the CJP is going to be
01:26doing.
01:27That's Ashutosh Ranka, Ajinkya, Saurav Das, who have moved out of the SEM court.
01:34They were asked to come for the hearing and to be present in it in person.
01:37And then, of course, this is just days after they were released from the Tihar jail.
01:45Now, here I'm told that all three of them were about for an hour and a half at the SEM
01:51court.
01:52So, remember, the focus will be on what the next step of the CJP leaders is going to be.
02:00Ashutosh Ranka speaking. Let's listen.
02:04Ashutosh Ranka speaking.
02:31So, we are waiting for the crime branch to get back to us.
02:35So, the crime branch basically had summoned them to appear for questioning.
02:39Remember, there are some other matters as well for which these leaders have to now come for questioning
02:43and be a part of it.
02:44This is the SEM court as is part of the protocol and procedure.
02:49But this is where constantly they are approaching and taking all kind of legal help as is required to stay
02:54out of trouble.
02:55The matter had reached the high court.
02:56It went back to the SEM court that eventually did give them a bail.
03:00And for five days earlier, there are at least two of them were in Tihar jail.
03:04Then two more days, that is when the authorities had quoted the festive season of the Shaira.
03:09And then after that, they did manage to get bail.
03:11But that's also again after a bond has been signed that they will not be a part of illegal violent
03:16agitations.
03:17There is a technicality here.
03:18Nevertheless, will these leaders organize protests and how?
03:22I want to bring in my colleague Himanchu Mishtra.
03:24Himanchu, give details of why the SEM court has called today.
03:28And after that, what kind of strategy can they have?
03:31Can they run in the Pradarshan or organize them?
03:34What kind of plan of action will they have?
03:36I want to bring in the Pradarshan.
03:54I want to bring in the Pradarshan.
04:08I want to bring in the Pradarshan.

05:42So the crime branch someone is separate and the SEM court hearing is separate stay on with
05:48Nehimanshu because Saurav Das has also said something speaking to media persons let's
05:53listen in to that.
05:55We have no information in the media.
05:59So the information that you have to do is make a judicial process and make a decision.
06:06And if you are doing such a job, you don't want to make any action.
06:12So let's get started.
06:21foreign
06:22foreign
06:24foreign
06:48right so
06:51himanshu continues to be with us and himanshu just a quick question so what is the next step
06:56will they have to now go to the court again or is it all clear for them right now
07:04is
07:06So we have to come back, the SCM code is coming back, the number of three weeks we have to
07:10come back.
07:10We have to come back with Ashutosh Ranka, they have to come back here.
07:16Besides, they will go to the crime branch, and maybe they are trying to take a date again.
07:22They said that yesterday there was some involvement, some majorities, so we have not gone.
07:28That means what I can say is that the trouble could still be on, yes.
07:31There will be under scrutiny, and they will have to constantly be present as and when asked by the court
07:37for them from the crime branch.
07:39But for now at least, some relief for CGP leaders.
07:42Thank you very much, Himanshu Mishra for the latest.
