00:06is come across to chatgpt.com, log into your account and then if you look over on the left
00:12hand side you're going to find all your chat history. So what you can do if you want to delete
00:17individual chats from your chat GPT history all you need to do is find the conversation or chat
00:23that you want to delete and then if you come to the right hand side when you hop over it
00:27and click
00:27onto three dots you're going to see an option in this menu to delete. So just give that a click
00:33that's going to bring up a confirmation like this click on to delete and as you can see that's going
00:37to delete the chat. Now if you want to completely delete your entire history from chat GPT then what
00:43you want to do is actually click onto your name down here in the bottom left hand corner and from

00:47menu that comes up you just want to click on two settings. Once these settings window is opened come
00:52over to the left hand side and in this menu you want to click onto data controls from here you're
00:58going to see an option to delete all chats just simply click the delete all button and it's going
01:03to bring up again a confirmation where you would just click to confirm deletion and that's going to
