It's one guitar, two legends, and two iconic sounds. Matt from Matt's Guitar Shop showcases a stunning 1955 Gibson Les Paul Junior with an unbelievable pedigree. Once the axe of choice for Sex Pistols' Steve Jones, it was later purchased and cherished by guitar virtuoso Gary Moore.

00:00Hey everybody this is Matt from Matt's Guitar Shop. We're in Paris today with this amazing guitar,
00:05amazing 1955 Gibson Les Paul Jr. which has been owned by not one but two legends. The first one
00:14being Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols who bought this guitar in the 1970s and played it on stage
00:21with the supergroup formed by Phil Lynott and Gary Moore back then. So you have actual footage,
00:27video footage of Steve Jones playing this very guitar on stage back then in London when they
00:33were performing all together and then later on Gary Moore liked this guitar so much that he bought
00:41this guitar from Steve Jones, used it extensively in the studio. As you can see you still have like
00:47Gary's original strap locks which were very used on all of his guitars. You have like beautiful checking
00:55on that sunburst finish and this was used extensively by Gary Moore so it's one guitar,
01:03two legends, two iconic sounds, can't do better than that.
