01:40Psalm 53
01:44Fools say to themselves there is no God they sin and commit evil deeds none of them does what is
01:52right
01:53God looks down from heaven at the human race to see if there is anyone who is wise and seeks
02:00God
02:02everyone rejects God they are all morally corrupt none of them does what is right not even one
02:12all those who behave wickedly do not understand those who devour my people as if they were eating bread
02:19and do not call out to God they are absolutely terrified even by things that do not normally
02:28cause fear for God annihilates those who attack you you are able to humiliate them because God has rejected them
02:38I wish the deliverance of Israel would come from Zion when God restores the well-being of his people
02:45may Jacob rejoice may Israel be happy
02:52glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning
02:58is now and ever shall be

03:46with the free will offering I will sacrifice to you
03:49I will give thanks to your name O Lord for it is good
03:55surely he rescues me from all trouble
03:58and I triumph over my enemies
04:03glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit

04:18Psalm 55
04:22Listen O God to my prayer
04:24do not ignore my appeal for mercy
04:28pay attention to me and answer me
04:30I am upset and distressed
04:33I am beside myself
04:34because of what the enemy says
04:37and of how they wicked pressure me
04:40for they hurl trouble down upon me
04:43and angrily attack me
04:47my heart beats violently within me
04:50the horrors of death overcome me
04:53fear and panic overpower me
04:55terror overwhelms me
04:59I say
05:00I wish I had wings like a dove
05:03I would fly away and settle in a safe place
05:08look I will escape to a distant place
05:11I will stay in the wilderness
05:14I will hurry off to a place that is safe
05:17from the strong wind and the gale
05:21confuse them O Lord
05:23frustrate their plans
05:24for I see violence and conflict in the city
05:29day and night
05:30they walk around its walls
05:32while wickedness and destruction are within it
05:36disaster is within it
05:38violence and deceit do not depart from its public square
05:44indeed
05:44it is not an enemy who insults me
05:47or else I could bear it
05:49it is not one who hates me arrogantly
05:51who taunts me
05:52or else I could hide from him
05:56but it is you a man like me
05:58my close friend in whom I confided
06:04we would share personal thoughts with each other
06:08in God's temple we would walk together
06:10among the crowd
06:13may death destroy them
06:14may they go down alive in shale
06:16for evil is their dwelling place
06:19and in their midst
06:22as for me
06:23I will call out to the Lord
06:25and the Lord will deliver me
06:28during the evening morning and the noontime
06:31I will lament and moan
06:32and he will hear me
06:35he will rescue me and protect me
06:37from those who attack me
06:38even though they greatly outnumber me
06:43God the one who has reigned as king from long ago
06:46will hear and humiliate them
06:50they refuse to change and do not fear God
06:54he attacks them
06:56he breaks his solemn promises to them
07:00his words are as smooth as butter
07:02but he harbors animosity in his heart
07:07his words seem softer than oil
07:09but they are really like sharp swords
07:14throw your burden upon the Lord
07:16and he will sustain you
07:18he will never allow the godly to be shaken
07:23but you O Lord
07:24will bring them down to the deep pit
07:27violent and deceitful people
07:29will not live even half a normal lifespan
07:34but as for me
07:35I trust in you
07:38glory be to the Father
07:40and to the Son
07:41and to the Holy Spirit
07:43as it was in the beginning
07:44is now and ever shall be

10:43O Christ
10:48come with the dawning of the day
10:50and make yourself known
10:52in the breaking of the bread
