00:00Hello everyone, we'll be going over another minor Momodo team today, being Fine and Sebe.
00:06I'll be going over their character designs, spells, and of course what they did in the story,
00:12along with speculation on their characters and what they might have done in the future of the
00:17story. So first, I want to get their voice actors out of the way. Fine being voiced by
00:23Noro Wakamoto in Japanese, who also voices Victorine, Rao from Fist of the North Star,
00:31and Cell from Dragon Ball, and his English voice actor is Roger Rose, who has done a lot of voices
00:38in the series, so you will be seeing him again in another character video. Fine, design-wise is
00:45obviously a jester, but carries himself with a sense of superiority which is a little deserved,
00:52but we'll get into that when I talk about his spells. And it has been said that his character
00:58design may have been based off of Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter. Now moving on to his book wielder,
01:04Sebe. He is voiced by Shinji Kawada, with some of his other voice roles being Rubber Soul from Jojo
01:12Part 3 and Shino from Naruto, with the English voice actor being Dave Wittenberg, who also voices Fulgore
01:21and other characters in the show, along with him voicing Kakashi from Naruto. Sebe himself just seems
01:29to be a classic punk with dyed hair and a mohawk, enjoying the power he now wields. For Fine's innate
01:36abilities, he only has one being that he can sense when other Momotos use their spells, which we have
01:43seen a few of the other opponents be able to do, but as he points out, not all of them
01:49are able to do
01:50that. Then going over their spells, they only have two. First being Wegaru, which is the basic first
01:57spell shooting out a small tornado from his mouth, which is used for offense but can also be used for
02:05movement as well, when we saw he dodged an attack with it. And his second spell Uruku, giving him the
02:12power of super speed, which he uses to blitz past his opponents and confuse them, to easily be able to
02:18attack them from their blind spots or, while they're stunned, from wondering what is going on.
02:25These two spells are pretty decent in my opinion, with a low tier first spell and I would argue a
02:31mid tier second spell, since he can still cast his first spell while the second spell effects are still
02:37active. But now, let's move on to their partnership and journey throughout the battle to become king.
02:43Using Fine's ability to sense other Momoto, they end up in the general area of Kiyo and Zatch,
02:51with us immediately seeing that they are the type of team to abuse their power and only want more
02:56power. And their dynamic seems to be that Fine leads the pair, since we see he does most of the
03:04talking and has to explain the plan to Sebe. And the second they spot Zatch and Kiyo, they attack,
03:11not caring about the people around them, declaring that Fine will become king. Once they are led to
03:17an abandoned building, Zatch asks Fine if he will be a kind king, with him laughing in his face, saying
03:24that he sees being king as being the most powerful person, with everyone being in your control and
03:31having the power to destroy anyone who disagrees with you or gets in your way. Once the battle
03:37starts, they use their second spell to dodge out of the way and get behind them for an easy attack.
03:45With Fine then taunting them, showing off his speed and enjoying how dominant he is in the battle so
03:51far. They then follow them up to the roof, thinking they are cornered, so going to finish them off.
03:57But Kiyo casts Roshirudo with Fine, of course, easily climbing it to get line of sight on them.
04:05But what he wasn't expecting is for them to catch him in the air where he can't use his super
04:11speed,
04:11with Sebe doing some quick thinking using Wigaru to push him out of the way of the attack, which was
04:18honestly impressive. Now seeing that they are on their last legs, they seem to use a spell which looks
04:25like some kind of slow moving electrical orb. Not knowing what it does, Fine just plans to
04:31run around it, but doesn't realize the spell is already affecting him, with him then being levitated
04:38and pulled over to a metal sign with other metal objects being pulled towards him, making him stuck,
04:44and Sebe tries to cast spells to try to get Fine out of it. But it seems the spell stops
04:50him from doing
04:51so, allowing Zach and Kiyo to burn their book. It seems Fine and Sebe were never in a battle
04:58before this point, since they don't mention them fighting someone before this point. I am guessing
05:04they just trained by using their power on other normal people, and started to hunt down Zach once
05:10Fine felt his power. I do think they might have survived past the 70 contestant mark, but I couldn't
05:17have seen them going further than that. And since they were only in two chapters, I don't have much
05:24else to say about them. They were just good minor antagonists. Of course, if you guys have anything
