Versus Review: What is a Lord to a Chieftain

We finally got to see what a top tier of the verse is capable of and we only see small portion of it. Along with possibly seeing the full power of Jachi. And this finally ends are short adventure with him.

00:00Welcome back everyone, I'm getting on to the next chapter in the series, I do hope you all are going to enjoy.

00:07Now, let's get into it. We come back to where we left off with Jachi meeting Genback.

00:13The third son of Genback, the wise-armed Berzer, also introduces himself, telling Jachi he does not deserve to look directly at his father,

00:23but Genback then hits him for speaking for him.

00:26Jachi then confirms to him that he is the one that killed his son.

00:31So Genback starts to cry for his son, tenderly holding his corpse,

00:36until he starts smashing him against the ground, angry at him for losing and bringing shame upon his blood,

00:47and then finishing it off with him talking about how adorable he is.

00:51Jachi then tells him if he is looking for revenge, then he should come at him,

00:57and Genback obliges, knocking him into the air.

01:00But Jachi catches himself and punches back, with Genback saying he's feisty, and then puts more power into his next strike.

01:09And this one makes Jachi go flying, with his flying magic not even working because of how much force was put into the strike.

01:16The other titans think Jachi is dead, but Genback explains that Gori wasn't weak.

01:23He just ran into an unfortunate enemy, and that the others should leave,

01:27since he's coming back, and they can't hang with the fight they are about to have.

01:33Berzer opposes this again, since no one with the chief's blood has ever run away from a fight,

01:40getting him scolded again.

01:41But then, all of a sudden, the other titans faint, with Berzer having trouble just standing there.

01:49With Genback explaining, it's because of Jachi's aura.

01:53Jachi goes into his release form, speeding back to the battle, when he hears a voice in his head.

01:59It turns out, it's Nudo, which we haven't seen in a while, casting a magic spell on the titans.

02:05Jachi tells him to stop, because this is his fight, but Nudo tells him that he is fond of him,

02:13and doesn't want to see him die, since they don't know how strong Genback is.

02:18He then uses grand teleportation magic to teleport them to another demon lord's castle,

02:24Dig a Nozzle, because he hates her, and whatever the outcome of the battle is, it will please him.

02:30He tells Jachi that the world is changing, with all the new toys to play with,

02:35and then cuts off their conversation, with Jachi lingering on those words.

02:41Jachi starts to think that the demons may not be at the top of the food chain anymore,

02:46but starts looking around at the battlefield, not seeing any human corpses.

02:51And he starts to think, in all this chaos,

02:54Hollow has somehow survived, when the demon army that came here did not.

02:59And we get this epic panel of Hollow and Jachi standing on pillars,

03:04while Kiva and the other executives fall,

03:07with all the natural enemies we have seen up to this point behind them.

03:11Jachi calls back his cape, and sees a mana trail that the humans left when they teleported.

03:17So out of curiosity, he follows it.

03:20For the final scene, we see Genback's group fall into Daganazel's castle,

03:25with her wondering who her new guests are.

03:27So let's talk about the big boy of the chapter, Genback.

03:32He definitely wasn't what I was expecting in some aspects.

03:36He seems to have a love-hate relationship with his children.

03:40He does seem to have love for them,

03:42but only as long as they don't disrespect his name and his bloodline.

03:46And Genback himself doesn't really seem to care for his culture's rules,

03:51since he just does what seems logical, or what he feels like.

03:55His first hit on Jachi probably would have killed, or nearly killed, a regular titan,

04:01with him being surprised Jachi was uninjured.

04:04And he took absolutely no damage from Jachi's punch.

04:08His second punch, I would say, he put in a low amount of effort,

04:13unlike his first one, where he put basically no effort into it.

04:17And it did injure Jachi a decent amount, with him bleeding.

04:20And then, once he saw his released form, he was still not very impressed with it.

04:26In my opinion, if they fought, Genback would win without a doubt.

04:32It would be a low to mid-diff, with him maybe for fun going into his drumming form,

04:38but he would probably win in his bass form.

04:41Now, speaking about the other new titan character in the chapter, being Berzer.

04:47He is skinnier and less muscular than the regular titans,

04:51but looks much more civilized, speaking more articulately.

04:56And his epithet is the wise arm,

05:00so he is most likely the most intelligent of all the titans.

05:04And unlike his father, he seems to be a strict rule follower,

05:08since he did not want to run away even when his father said it was alright, if he did.

05:13Since he would most likely get killed in the battle that was going to happen.

05:18And the few feats we see from him in this chapter

05:21is, of course, coming out unscathed from his father's hits,

05:26and since he seems to always hit him on the head,

05:30that's where his scars come from.

05:32Then once Jachi projected his aura onto them,

05:35the regular titans fainted,

05:37while Berzer was still able to stand and talk.

05:41He has good instincts,

05:42since the moment the magic circle appeared,

05:45he tried to break it, seeing it as a threat.

05:48I think he has great potential,

05:50with me and a lot of other people

05:52thinking he will be one of the first titans to start adapting.

05:56Like, for example,

05:58he has had the experience of seeing powerful magic users,

06:02I could see him capturing mages and have them teach him how to perform magic,

06:07so he could fight back against it.

06:10I will probably go into this more when I make a video talking about all the natural enemies' potential.

06:17Now, Jachi had his eyes open this chapter,

06:20seeing that he may not be at the top of the food chain anymore,

06:24and he wanted to test himself against Gimbak,

06:27using what seems like his full power.

06:29And his design for his release form gives me

06:32Boros Final Form 1 Punch Man vibes.

06:36It looks pretty cool.

06:38And now, since he sees what happened to his army and Kiva,

06:42he has now grown an interest in Hollow and the other humans,

06:47because he probably expected them to get wiped out right away,

06:51so is now traveling to their location,

06:54which is yet another bad situation our heroes are going to have to deal with.

06:58Niudo impressed me with this chapter,

07:02with him at least partially thinking about the benefit of his own faction.

07:07He seems to be a powerful mage and strategist from what we have seen from him so far.

07:12So he may be one of the major pillars of the Demons faction,

07:16since he will not go in blindly like Jachi did,

07:20and will help others that he likes in his faction,

07:24even if they don't like it, because they can be useful in the future.

07:28And his abilities will be useful,

07:31since it seems he can communicate from far distances,

07:34and cast powerful spells from that distance as well.

07:37I would guess he has at least a continental range size,

07:41if not planetary at the high end.

07:44I am looking forward to seeing him more in the future.

07:47And finally, we get our first look at a new demon lord,

07:51Diganazel,

07:52who seems to be a high class demon with a monkey inspired design,

07:57with all her hair and long limbs.

08:00And we did not see any humans this chapter,

08:03so I don't have anything to say about them.

08:05This was yet another exciting chapter,
