00:19But Peyton Tolley is going for Boston.
00:23The lefty, Yankees have had some difficulties with lefties.

00:28Total is around six, six and a half.
00:32It's been Boston money, not only in the game, but in the series price as well.
00:38But, you know, Schlittler against Tolley, what's the best way to approach this one?

01:25I think the Yankees are better with Judge and Stanton.

01:30I just, not enough offense for me for the Yankees, and we'll be talking about the same
01:35thing that we are every year, which is if they only scored two more runs in a game, maybe
01:38they would win, but I do think that the lefty is key going for Boston.
01:44I could see, by the way, I could see the Yankees winning too, just because I think game one is
01:50going to be so close, but I think that the Red Sox will win a game in the series, if

01:54two, and I don't see it being a sweep, but a little bit of a coin flip for me.

01:59And by the way, for those people who are complaining, oh, it's a shame it's not in the ALCS.
02:03I got news for you, Boston, two months ago or three months ago, you didn't think they
02:07had any shot at the postseason, so take this three-game series while you can, because you
02:13never thought you were going to get it, and the winner of this heads to St. Pete to take
02:17on the Rays.
02:18Man, Rays are sitting back, like, they probably can't wait to play these teams.

02:23I think the Rays could lose to either one of these teams, but Tampa Bay getting the rest,
02:27I think, was really key for them.
02:30I think it was June 25th was the day.
02:32The Red Sox just got swept by the Rockies, and we're 32-46 on the season, and everyone
02:40was like, yeah.
02:41The problem was the next series, the next game, came against the Yankees, and I remember,
02:47because I was like, this spot is terrible for Boston.
02:50And they had plane trouble, didn't get in until home until 3 o'clock in the morning after getting
02:56swept by the Colorado Rockies.
02:59And then they went out and swept the Yankees, and then ever since went on a tear.
03:04I am kind of with you, though.
03:05You know, people, you're always going to want Aaron Judge in the lineup if he, obviously,
03:11right?
03:11But they were 41-25 with Judge.
03:15They were 52-43 without him.
03:17So the idea that this was some, like, they fell apart and there was no way they were ever
03:23going to be able, the Yankees were never in doubt of being in the postseason.
03:29Boston had to claw its way back in to be able to get to this point.
03:34I don't love the fact that the Yankees' bullpen hasn't exactly been in peak form down to stretch
03:39here.
03:40But when it comes to bullpen, you got Chapman in there for Boston.
03:47Who do you have more faith in?
03:49Because ultimately, and call me crazy, this is, the bullpens are going to play a big role
03:56in this series.
03:57Lack of runs, the starting pitching is as good as you get here.
04:01You got Freed tomorrow going against Sonny Gray.
04:04Then you'll have Garrett Cole in a possible game three against likely Rangers.
04:08So the pitching is good here, but who do you give the edge to the bullpen to?
04:14I think probably the Yankees a little bit, but with the caveat I'd like to leave out there
04:19that if Crochet is really good in pitching out of the bullpen, that's a major add down
04:23the stretch here.
04:24It's huge.
04:25Austin in this series.
04:26I don't know that they're going to.
04:28I know that he was warming up in Fort Myers, and they're going to bring him to the Bronx
04:33and see if he can go, but that would be huge for them at the bullpen.
04:36By the way, going back to what you said, that's absolutely true.
04:38But there is one interesting note.
04:39So the Yankees, you said, are 41 and 25 with Judge, 52 and 43 without him.
04:44But Joe, the runs per game, significantly different.
04:485.1 runs with him and 4.2 without him.
04:51And so that, to me, is the concern.
04:53But truthfully, would you guess the Judge, 65 postseason games?
04:57The Yankees are 32 and 33.
