Sophie Cunningham shows off leather fit at NASCAR race

Sophie Cunningham traded the basketball court for the NASCAR scene this weekend, and she certainly made the most of it.

The Indiana Fever star attended the NASCAR Cup Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway in Illinois, where she turned heads in a stylish leather race-day outfit. Cunningham had previously spoken enthusiastically about NASCAR after attending an event last year, saying, “I think those are my people. That’s where I belong. I had one of the better weekends that I’ve had in a really long time.”

This time, she returned for another race and brought the same energy. Showing off her outfit, Cunningham said, “I got my leather on, I got my leather boots on. I’m pulling my Talladega Nights.”

Her weekend also included a memorable meeting with NBA legend Michael Jordan, who owns a NASCAR team. Cunningham also appeared on the NASCAR broadcast, giving fans a glimpse of her experience away from the WNBA.
