02:24are in for a long, long 18 weeks, right? And 18, you got a bye week in there, right? So

02:31you realize that it's going to be a long season. You realize there may not be a win on the
02:37schedule
02:37that you can circle right now. And it's just I don't want to talk draft in week one, man, like
02:44there's got to be something else to talk about. I don't know how it's going to look next Sunday,
02:49maybe look, maybe they find a way to clean some of this stuff up. And I'm just trying to be
02:53optimistic
02:54here. But they're going to spend a week out on the West Coast. It's just a team, no distractions.

03:25and the garbage that he hired is just going to continue to get worse. Dolphins fans, it's time to jump.
03:29Guys, it's one game. Okay. And you got a zillion dollars in dead cap money. You are
03:36really, really behind the eight ball here with this roster. I don't know like what
03:42people expected. I thought they would hang in this game a little closer. I thought they
03:47would lose. I thought they'd give put up more of a fight. But they they severely lack
03:54talent. He'd call it what exactly is the moral victory. There really is no moral victory.
03:59No, I don't think we said there was. No, I'm calling it moral victory Monday because of
04:04what, you know, coach said.
04:05Well, I think it's disappointing because we see teams like the Houston Texans that were
04:10able to turn around quickly. The Chicago Bears were able to turn around quickly. New England
04:14Patriots were able to turn around quickly. And I just don't feel as though we have the
04:17confidence that this organization is going to be able to do the same.
04:20Well, we don't have the cap to turn this one around. Yeah. I will say we're a handcuff here. So
04:26I mean, we've, we've, we've heard a lot from Jeff Halfley this morning with all his soundbites
04:30after the game. And I, I respect his temperament. You know, obviously when you're in a rebuild
04:37like this, you, you get a coach who's now a first time head coach in the NFL. He understands what
04:44he signed up for. I know it's not easy for him or for anybody to get on the microphone after
04:50a
04:51performance like that, but it does sound like half is staying, you know, just really confident
04:56for the future. And he needs to keep his locker room dialed in because it's going to be tough for
05:01these guys, Hollywood. I know that again, Miami has far from a good roster just in terms of top
05:07to bottom because of all the salary cap handcuffs that they have, but you're still, you've got a
05:11roster full of competitors who hate to lose. And so, you know, when the losses pile up,
05:16it's going to get really difficult morally behind the scenes for these guys. So hopefully
05:20Halfley stays as upbeat and as encouraging as he was after that game. Cause you're going to need
05:26a temperament like that to keep your locker room dialed in for 17 games. That's why we call it
05:31moral victory Monday. Donno. Uh, James says, I'm so glad we drafted Chump Robinson as a first
05:36round draft. He's really putting in work. Hey man, look, if you guys are upset, blame Chris
05:40Greer. Hey, somebody did bring up a good point. Riley Patterson technically had more tackles
05:45than Chump Robinson did yesterday. Awesome. Special teams are terrible too, by the way.
05:49Awesome. Um, yeah, man, look, blame, blame Chris Greer for all this. Chris Greer is the
05:54one that, that has, you know, set these, uh, the, the, this all in motion here. He's the
05:59reason this is all happening, right? These guys came into a dumpster fire and they are trying
06:05their best to put it out. Like nobody was going to come in here and have success. I don't care
06:11who
06:11the coach was, you, you know, McVay, uh, Shannon, you bring any of these guys in, I promise they
06:17would not have had success with the dolphins rolled out there. And none of, none of those guys would
06:23have taken this job. I know, you know, everybody was talking about John Harbaugh coming here, but
06:28it's like, what, why would John want to come here for a full demolition rebuild with more than half
06:34of your salary cap and dead money? Like it, we just have to eat this, this situation must be eaten
06:41and hopefully we come out of it fatter and better. By the way, these guys are right. Like, yes, Steve
06:46Ross ultimately does get the, the blame for the Chris Greer situation. Like he, yes, he is ultimately
06:52to blame. But I mean, like, again, if you want to like, you know, Steve Ross wasn't putting
06:55together the roster. So if you want to blame someone for this mess that we are currently
06:59in, um, I, I think Chris Greer would be the easy person to blame. Um, but look guys, I'm
07:07frustrated. It, it's not a good situation and it's going to be a long season. That's why
07:13we have the hurricanes, right? Dono.
