00:23The alleged offences took place at the Religious Affairs Minister's Office in Puccajaya.
00:29He was charged under Section 403 of the Penal Code, punishable by a fine and imprisonment of between six months
00:37and five years upon conviction.
00:40The first charge accuses Jamil of dishonestly causing tabung haji to dispose of RM42.94 million to Al Rawda on
00:49April 3, 2015.
00:50The second charge accuses Jamil of dishonestly causing tabung haji to dispose of RM288.17 million to the company on

01:03And the third charge accuses Jamil of dishonestly causing tabung haji to dispose of RM529.19 million to Al Rawda

01:14Sessions Court Judge Rosli Ahmad granted Jamil bail of RM300,000 with one charity and ordered him to surrender his
01:24passport pending disposal of the case.
01:27The court fixed November 5 for case management.
