00:23You see, we did not start the war.
00:28They started the war.
00:32And based on no internationally recognized principle or humanitarian one, if you want to look at this issue, they attacked
00:42our country without any established framework.
00:45They martyred our leader.
00:47They martyred our military commanders.
00:50They martyred innocent students at school during one day.
00:56They martyred all of them.
00:57They martyred our scientists, and they bombarded our infrastructure.
01:03And unfortunately, what they did cannot be recognized according to any internationally recognized principles.
01:13Therefore, the trend they are following, actually, we defended ourselves.
01:20And regarding Chabahar and its relation and the relation that we can have with India, I would like to say
01:28that Iran is located in a geopolitical spot.
01:36That in terms of public transportation and regional connectivity, it's a crossroads.
01:43It can connect south to north, west to east, and each country is together.
01:49And this is the easiest and most economical route for the regional countries in establishing economic ties, cultural, political, scientific,
02:01and social relations.
02:04And it used to be since the past.
02:08Iran was a spot in the Silk Road, and the connectivity among civilizations were developed through these routes.
02:18Now we can revive it.
02:20We are ready to revive this route again.
02:24We should actually help each other in this regard.
02:27And naturally, it will help us to exchange experiences and cultural cultures.
02:36Right.
02:38President, sir, did this Chabahar and investments of Indian Chabahar come up during discussions with the Prime Minister?
02:48During the discussion that we had with each other, overall, we talked about various orientations and approaches.
02:58India can invest there.
03:00India, currently, it has some investments and it is underway.
03:08It can come and have a partnership or maybe in terms of trade, we can have a kind of partnership
03:18or cooperation with each other.
03:20So we can, I mean, regarding various issues, we can have a network of interactions.
03:26So we are ready, and in all those choices, we are ready to cooperate.

03:32President, sir, you also addressed the Business Economic Forum.
03:36How viable is Iran for investors to look at Iran?
03:42Because at a time when you're looking at sanctions, they're not international sanctions.
03:47They're U.S. sanctions.
03:49They're country-based sanctions.
03:50No country should be honoring them.
03:52But nonetheless, amid those sanctions, how can Indian businesses work in Iran or with Iran?
04:00You see, the objective of BRICS and what we have come here for is that regarding the trend which has
04:12begun by the U.S.
04:14And, you know, actually, it sanctions any country its wishes, on the other hand, the BRICS intention is to break
04:23this kind of totalitarianism.
04:26That is why BRICS was developed.
04:28And we're supposed to change the type of interactions and the type of trade and cooperation, regardless of – and
04:39independent from the fact that one country may be, you know, at whim to sanction other countries.
04:46So we are here to help each other and to support each other so that this unilateralism can be fought
04:57against.
04:58And this is the objective of this summit meeting with great countries of the world like China, India, and Russia.
05:08So we are here and we try to derail America from this unilateralism.
05:15This is the mission and responsibility of this summit that we have to fulfill.
