01:08he actually believes? Again, I think he's talking, trying to talk himself into some stuff because
01:14remember about the whole booing thing, right? He was asked going into the game if, you know,
01:21he was worried about being booed and he said, I didn't care. And then clearly he cared because
01:26of his comments after the game. So I think he's trying to talk himself into stuff and trying to
01:32maintain as positive of an outlook as he possibly can, considering the situation being what it is.
01:40And that's why I asked him if he's taken the Todd Munkin approach, right? You're going to go out
01:44there and play carefree is, you know, are you going to be able to not worry about anything?
01:49Because, I mean, let's be honest about it. There are no expectations that this guy is going to have
01:54much of a positive impact for the Cleveland Browns this season. So I think he really is,
02:00Nick, trying to talk himself into, I'm not worried about anything. I feel good. I'm not worried about
02:06the, the, the, the preseason game and how awful I played and all those things. So I'm not buying
02:14any of it, but we're going to find out on Sunday because that's when the truth gets told.
02:18Did Munkin put an end to the backup quarterback discussion or was there just a missed follow-up
02:23there with the idea then of like, all right, so you answered what happens with the backup and
02:27Chador, but you didn't answer really what happens with Taylin Green. Yeah. Well, I kind of feel like
02:32he did in the sense of, he told us on Monday, he doesn't want to have three active quarterbacks.
02:38So I think that that answered the question and watching practice today, at least the portion
02:46that was open to reporters. And I want to be very clear. We get to see very little. Okay. We

02:52get to see handoffs stretching and throwing to wide receivers with no defenders anywhere to be seen,

05:00Well, I, I, I'm not picking them to win, uh, and just basically hoping for a competitive game,
05:07but I think that that's the most likely outcome. That's the best outcome is this competitive game.
05:13The Browns keep it close and hopefully they have a shot at the end.
05:17Uh, Daryl, we did talk about the report from Fox eight, uh, with Deshaun Watson and the speeding
05:22ticket and him saying he's not guilty. Uh, 86 and a 60. Uh, I, I, I would imagine the Browns,
05:28I don't think they're going to really, there's nothing really that's going to happen with this.

05:33No, I think they just talked to him and that's that.
05:36Well, will they even bother to go through the, the, like the talking part of this to Sean?
05:40I don't know. I mean, he, he, didn't he get one right after the trade as well. And then, um,
05:47I think this is the first one since that incident. Um, such a good streak.
05:52Yeah, he, he, it was a good streak while it lasted. And I, listen, he got caught, right? I mean,
05:58that's the, I don't think that's the first time since that he's done this, but this is the first
06:03time he got caught. So he pled not guilty to it. So not owning up to the charges.
06:08Uh, you are right. Uh, June 11th, 2022, a few months after the Browns did trade for Watson,
06:12he was stopped in the Ohio turnpike near Sandusky. He was going 97 in a 70. He did
06:17ultimately pay that ticket though. Also, I don't think of the turnpike. I pay for those streets,
06:23sir. Yeah. I, if I want to go 97 in a 70, I'm sorry. That's it. You pay for the
06:27right to speed
06:28on the turnpike. It's basically the American Autobahn. If I'm paying $7 to drive 12 miles. Yeah.
06:34My read on this is pretty simple though. 26 miles per hour in the one here. And then 27
06:39in the one in June of 2022, he's consistent. He likes to be that 26, 27 over. Yeah. And by

06:46way, by the way, he, he hadn't been ruined as a player yet. So this could be proof that Deshaun's

07:21in the AFC North that Pittsburgh will be seven and 10 or that the Browns will be eight and
07:27nine. I think the Browns eight, nine is a hotter take. Show your work. I, well, I think it's
07:33going to be flipped. I think it's going to be the Steelers that will have, uh, uh, uh,
07:38the, the, the better record. But, um, yeah, I, I don't think that the Browns have eight wins
07:43in them because they don't have the quarterbacks to do it. So that that's basically my work in
07:48the Steelers. Look, they are always, uh, close enough to mediocrity and, uh, it just, it doesn't
07:55matter what they do, what quarterback they throw out there. Uh, whatever. I just, they
08:02always find a way to win anywhere between eight and 10 games. They usually find a way to backdoor
08:07their way into wildcard weekend only to find themselves run off, uh, run off the field in
08:12wildcard weekend and packing their bags for vacation shortly thereafter. So, um, I, I think
08:18that the, the, the quarterback situation here in Cleveland is, it's not great. And by not
08:25great, I'm trying to be very, very kind heading into this season opener and not be overwhelmingly
08:32negative because I was given, uh, uh, Jake at night, some, some, uh, grief over that, but,
08:39um, over being overly negative, but, um, the, the quarterback situation here in Cleveland is
08:45not good at all. Darrell, I want you to know that you're not going to be the first person

09:34Darrell, can you give us any insight into what's happening with Tevin Jenkins?
09:37Well, uh, I mean, he, he left practice, uh, or walked off the field. I should say, uh,
09:44we, we able to see that. And then when you look at the injury report that, uh, the, the Browns
09:51had to send out, um, it, you know, they listed him with a back injury back, you know, back spasms,
10:00I think is probably what it most likely is. We also learned that what kept Carson Swessinger,
10:06out for a couple of weeks, some sort of a shoulder injury, but, uh, did not limit him, uh, today
10:12at
10:13all. And then, you know, uh, Malik Collins, we knew about him coming back from the quadriceps
10:18injury and Parker Brillsford, the rookie center been dealing with a thumb injury. We knew he had
10:23some apparatus, a brace or whatever on his hand. We saw that because he was doing some, uh, rehab side
10:31work there, uh, during media availabilities, uh, in camp. But yeah, I'm guessing back spasms for,
10:38uh, Tevin Jenkins. And that's probably why Todd Munkin today, when asked about the right guard spot,
10:45did not want to be absolute in saying that it was going to be, uh, Tevin Jenkins there
10:51Sunday against Jacksonville.
