03:53was beaten to death in the national capital. The Manipur chief minister has now written to the Delhi
03:58chief minister over the death of C Vikram Singh, a musician who was beaten to death in a tragic incident
04:06in the national capital. The Manipur chief minister has now sought the Delhi chief minister's personal
04:12intervention, demanded an expedited high-level investigation. Rahul Gandhi had earlier taken up the issue,

07:01On Saturday late night, the 54-year-old music teacher was brutally assaulted
07:07right outside his house in Kilokri village.
07:11Hours later, he breathed his last.
07:18Around midnight, Vikram Singh has stepped out of his house.
07:21He asked a group of youngsters at Ardhaba to cut down the noise.
07:26The argument escalated out of control.
07:29And the group started assaulting him.
07:31Vikram Singh ran up the stairs, asking his son to open the door.
07:35Family finds Vikram is badly injured.
07:39He was rushed to Holy Family Hospital.
07:41He was declared dead on Sunday morning.
08:07Concerns have been raised by the residents of the Northeastern community
08:12who are in Delhi, who are in national capital, particular the Manipuris,
08:15they are saying that they are now feeling unsafe.
08:20CCTV images show the suspects leaving the building.
08:24The police have arrested the suspects.
08:42They have been converted to Marpeet, and in that way they have killed them,
08:47which unfortunately has been killed.
08:50Vikram Singh's family is demanding justice.

09:48You tell us, Sangeeta, what do you know about this incident?
09:51What really happened?
09:55Actually, sir, this incident happened before yesterday,
09:59around 11.30, between 11.30 to 12.
10:01Normally, he used to go down after dinner for a walk,
10:06sometimes for a walk or sometimes to throw the dustbin.
10:09So that day also, he went down.
10:12And because of that, it's being a normal routine for him.
10:16His family, like his family members, his wife and his son,
10:20they are not aware that he was not inside the home.
10:24Then at the time, they could hear some sound near their houses.

10:37some people are climbing up their staircase,
10:40running towards their houses.
10:43Then all of a sudden, they could hear,

16:16Or do you see it as a targeted crime

16:25and the commotion in the area.

17:18of racial violence.
17:20The reason is
17:21the narrative
17:22that this is spread
17:23by Delhi police
